LuLu hypermarket launches “Indonesia Festival”
Indonesian Ambassador, Husin Bagis, inaugurated LuLu’s second Indonesian festival across the UAE, “Spice Up the World”. The grand opening took place on August 22 at Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi. Bagis was welcomed by Aboobakker TP, Director of Abu Dhabi and Dhafra Region.
The festival follows the opening of the sixth branch of LuLu hypermarket in Jakarta and highlights the growing connection with Indonesia as the Asian hub of LuLu’s business.
The Indonesia Festival will run until September 5 and features a variety of products under the theme “Spice Up the World”. He will see an impressive range of Indonesian food items, including classic instant noodles, pineapples, spices and popular snacks such as chocolates, wafers, candies and the famous Nabisco cookies. Some of the best easy-to-use processed tunas, coffees and sports drinks will also be in the aisles.
The festival includes non-food items such as plastic household items and the well-known high-quality office paper from Indonesia. A selection of cosmetics and beauty care products made in Indonesia will also be available for the enjoyment of customers.
